Who we are
On A Mission Services was founded in 2021 by Kate O’Sullivan, drawing on her background and experience in trauma cleaning and supporting people through some of life’s most difficult circumstances.
From the beginning, Kate recognised that specialised cleaning is about far more than simply restoring a property. Behind every situation is a person, a family or a story that deserves to be treated with dignity, understanding and respect.
On A Mission Services was built on the belief that compassionate service, empathy and genuine support should be at the heart of every job. Whether assisting clients through trauma, hoarding, biohazard situations or other challenging circumstances, our team approaches every situation with care, discretion and without judgement.
Our mission is simple: to provide professional, high-quality specialised cleaning while offering reassurance and support when people need it most. At On A Mission Services, we understand that sometimes a clean space can be the first step towards a fresh start.
